Reimbursement times vary based on the insurance provider, but our efficient process helps ensure quicker payments. In my personal experience, I get paid within 2-weeks!
Yes, we can provide training and support to help your team understand and navigate the billing process. Especially if you don’t need the billing services I provide.
First, I bill per unit. Every unit is 15-minutes in seeing the patient. For each unit I collect $2.50 per unit. Therefore, if your claim is 3-units it would be $7.50 from that claim. I also help you get credentialed with insurance carriers which is $65 per insurance submission. In addition, the initial one time set up, will be $200 which includes a 1-hour zoom meeting where we will discuss what you want set up and will include the initial set up to your clearinghouse + EMR + reports that you want run and anything else you need. Again, every practice is different and if you need different kinds of services, please just ask!
