All content is created by Registered Dietitians who have Master’s degrees in nutrition, completed at least 1,200 hours of supervised practice through an accredited internship program and passed a national registration exam.
As dietitians, we also complete 75 hours of continuing education every 5 years to keep abreast of current topics and maintain our credentials.
Once an article is written, it is edited and fact-check by our founder, Christa Brown, before publication. She is also a highly sought after expert being quoted by various publications such as Peoples magazine, Everyday Health and Well + Good.
